Proceeds

Portions of the proceeds made from our numerous activities are set aside each year in a special scholarship fund.  Since 1971, we have awarded a scholarship to a qualified University of New Hampshire (UNH) graduate who is a resident of the State of New Hampshire (NH) that has been accepted to a college of veterinary medicine.  In 2013 we adopted a Veterinary Technician Scholarship that is awarded to a UNH student that is a resident of the State of NH. 2022 we adopted a Veterinary Technician Scholarship that is awarded to a Great Bay Community College Student.  Portions of the proceeds from our activities also are used for our Pet Oxygen Mask Fund which was started in 2007.  These mask kits are presented as a donation to local emergency and rescue departments to aid in the resuscitation of animals that have been trapped in burning buildings and suffering from smoke inhalation.  Our goal is to supply the entire state of New Hampshire.
